Lettings
We have two different options for when it comes to decide what route you would like to go down. Our Managed Service allows you to rent your property with peace of mind that all the hassle is being looked after by us!
For a Managed Service; after a 20% (of agreed rental amount for the month) Initial Fee, our Post Tenancy Fee is 9% (of agreed rental amount for the year)! Our Tenant Find only service is a flat fee of £599!
Sales
We want to make sure high selling fees don't hinder your decision to sell which is why our fees are as low as 0.6% with a minimum fee of £999!
0% VAT
Please be advised, we do not charge VAT on any of our fees!
What about brokers & solicitors?
Years of experience in the market has helped us build relations with very reputable service people and we would be more than willing to get you in touch with them so they can give you the help you need.
Whether it's a price from a solicitor, a mortgage in principle from a broker, a new EPC for 2023 or some quotes to freshen things up before coming onto the market, we have the people that can guide you in the right direction!
